All-Natural Ingredients
We use only the finest all-natural ingredients in our carrot cakes. Our recipe includes vegetable oil (we can sub coconut oil for a fee if desired,) cage free eggs, wheat flour (with a rice flour option for gluten-free diets), cane sugar, fresh carrots, and crunchy pecans (available nut-free upon request). Our icing is a simple yet divine blend of natural Irish butter, confectioner's sugar and cream cheese.
